Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g almonds
212 g sugar
45 g flour
100 g water
45 g melted butter
1 g gingerbread spice


Recipe preparation

(1) Pour the almonds into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Process 3 times with the Coupe Set knife. Add all the remaining ingredients and process once more with the Coupe Set knife.
(3) Spread the mixture thinly on a silicone mat and bake at 170 °C for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool and break into pieces.
