Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g lovage
100 g spinach
300 g sunflower oil
2 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Blanch the lovage and spinach and squeeze out well. Mix with the other ingredients and place the mixture into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® twice with normal pressure.
