Vegan Sweet Potato Cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

500 g sweet potato (peeled)
5 g curry powder
20 g golden syrup (corn syrup)
200 g water
20 g olive oil
3 g Xanthan
7 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Dice the sweet potato and bake in the oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Mix together with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the Pacossier® beaker with the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® five times and temper.
