Sweet potato cream

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


500g sweet potatoes
50g butter
4g salt
2g nutmeg
2g pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces. Cook at 150 °C combi steam for approx. 20-30 minutes until soft. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a Pacossier® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® as required.
