Cannellini bean spread with ginger VEGAN

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


20 g ginger
60 g lemon juice
80 g olive oil
5 g salt
100 g water
400 g cannellini beans dried


Recipe preparation

(1) Use a spoon to scrape off the skin of the ginger and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker,
(2) Close with the lid and label it. Freeze at  −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® three times with normal pressure and serve.
